1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, courses, question banks, training materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1.2 By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

3.2 Our Services are educational tools only.

3.3 We are not an aviation authority and do not guarantee:

  • Passing any official examination

  • License issuance

  • Employment

  • Regulatory approval

3.4 Users remain responsible for complying with applicable aviation authority requirements (e.g., EASA, CAA, FAA, etc.).

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 You must create an account to access certain Services.

4.2 You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use

4.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Sharing login credentials

  • Violation of these Terms

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

5.1 Some Services require payment via subscription or one-time purchase.

5.2 Subscription terms:

  • Billing cycle: Monthly/Annual

  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before renewal date

  • Immediate account termination

  • Legal action

  • Damages claims

8. PROHIBITED USE

  • Scrape or extract data

  • Use bots or automation tools

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt services

  • Upload malicious content

  • Misrepresent official exam affiliation

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

9.2 We do not guarantee:

  • That content matches latest regulatory changes

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free operation

9.3 Users should verify critical regulatory information with official authorities.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Loss of income

  • Career consequences

  • Regulatory penalties

  • Indirect or consequential damages

10.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. EXAMINATION INTEGRITY

11.1 You must not attempt to:

  • Upload confidential official materials

  • Breach examination security rules

11.2 We do not request or encourage violation of aviation authority rules.

12. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

12.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.2 We may collect:

  • Payment information (via third-party processors)

12.3 We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
